Sales Training 2006

After working successfully with the Electrolux Customer Service team for three years in key areas of customer service excellence training and telemarketing campaigns with smaller and marginal Electrolux accounts, Kevin was asked to design, develop and deliver a sales training program for the consumables/accessories/aftercare team.

The workshop was attended by senior executives (the Managing Director, National Sales Manager, National Marketing Manager, Financial Controller).
